An ice machine is equipment that creates edible ice for supermarkets, bars, restaurants and other businesses. Food ice produced by the device quickly cools food, cocktails are made with it. There are many models of ice makers with different capacities. An automatic ice machine does not need to be controlled – it constantly produces ice by freezing water.
All models of ice makers have a single principle of operation, based on the operation of an internal evaporator, by analogy with refrigerators. A high-pressure pump pumps water to the surface of the evaporator, causing ice to form when the liquid freezes.
Hot gas is supplied to the ice from special holes, because of which it breaks off from the evaporator and enters the bunker with a low temperature, where it is stored and does not melt. Ice generators are domestic and industrial.
